This site is about my love affair with real estate and all things related to investing in your home or buying properties. I bought my first house when I was 25 with the help of my parents. I know have 5 houses that I own, 4 of which are income producing homes.

I think there is nothing better than land for making your money work. I mean where else can you buy $100k worth of investment for $25k or less? I just love it. It’s tangible and you can actually see what you own. I’m now looking at buying up some farmland because I think farms in the future are going to make a ton of money.

Anyway, I started this blog to write about real estate investing primarily, but I’ll probably add other investing based articles too as I come across ideas that I think you might like. So if you are interested in learning more about making money from your home or from land and real estate, then welcome. I hope you find some stuff here interesting.
